GROUP FITNESS – consists of 2, 3 or 4 people of the same or similiar fitness level to workout together under Jacky’s supervision.  This fitness session is normal done at the organisers home or a room could be provided at an small extra cost, this must be paid for in advanced.

ONE TO ONE PERSONAL FITNESS – This type of fitness session is provided at the clients home.  One client will be trained on their own.  A fitness assessement will be made at the intial or second  session. 

Boxercise is a great total body workout,  workout to Boxercise music, feel the adrenaline take over to get you in great shape.  This is a non-contact way to fitness, using pads and shields and lots of movitation from the instructor; punching, hooks, jabs, knee lifts,side kicks forward kicks with lots of movement, this will give you lots of body confidence and get you in great shape.
